Pathetic service

<p>I made an appointment at 7.30am on 13/12/2016 at pets of westville grooming parlour, intending to wait for my shepherds to be groomed. I arrived at 7.25am, only to be told that there were dogs ahead of me (with no appointments) and that I would have to fetch my dogs at 13h00. When I queried the fact that I had an appointment at 7.30, I was told that they give appointments, however if pets are brought earlier (with no appointments), those appointments would have to wait....... (no wonder the pass mark for maths has been reduced to 20% for certain grades). So my pets (who I regard as my children) would have to be in a cramped cage for approximately 5 hours...... my perception of this business, is that they are not professional, and definately not interested in the welfare of animals.</p>
