Terrible Dog Treats , Horrific Customer Service!

What terrible products! I bought a few to try as I have seen them popping up everywhere. I gave the Achilles tendon to both my dogs and both got runny tummies. My one dog got horribly ill, vomiting and there was blood in his stool. He stopped eating and I had to land up taking him to the vet!

I immediately notified Pets Elite about this incident, on 6 Jan 2023 and they only bothered to respond to me on the 20th Jan!

I've had to keep following up with them to see if they got my email and once again to see what their feedback is. Their response has been (today), that they have to investigate this matter and make sure that it was their product that caused my dog to get sick!!!!!

WOWWWWW, had I known that my dog would get so sick I would have taken a video as proof!!!! Almost a month later you are going to investigate this matter!!! HOW PATHETIC!!!

What awful customer service and the products are just as bad! I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND you give your dogs any of these products!
