Bad Service From Petrow food ingredients

I'm disappointed in petrow food ingredients'service. I constantly have to do a back and forth with them regarding my order it is so bad that I waited 2 weeks to get my order. They promised me that they have a 48 hrs turn around time, it this is not the case. Something needs to change I am a paying client and I'm very frustrated.
