This is the worse run OMI company in the country

Firstly rudeness to a point theater tou drop a client call... No matter of handling claims.... Feedback is a problem....

Client has to always follow up, Sam cuts calls on clients, Thandi sits behind a post doing nothing but accepts the level of service

Im shocked to say, this is one company I can no longer deal with
