PETROSURE- WORST COMPANY !

Useless service / No Service AT ALL!

Submitted a vehicle claim 3 and a half weeks ago - Petrosure towed the vehicle to a repairer and then a week later said it has to be towed to another place ! Vehicle has been standing at the second place now for 2 and a half weeks without anyone touching the vehicle! Now Petrosure tells me the vehicle needs to be towed to another repair company to be fixed ... Current repairer won't release vehicle as they want to be paid for the storage of the vehicle for the last 2 and a half weeks..

Petrosure got the report from the assessor 2 and a half weeks ago already but the vehicle has not been worked on as yet - I follow up daily and every time i call they tell me that the MD has to sign off on the claim - but the MD is never there ?

I have very little faith that this claim will be sorted out anytime soon - This company has NO service and no one is making an effort in sorting this out!

I have lost 3 weeks of Income on this vehicle due to the poor service!

i will also be putting in a complaint by the Ombudsman against Petrosure
