Disgraceful Service!

Pathetic service, i would never recommend anyone to use this insurance company. My vehicle was ****** on the 29 Jan 2018 and to date they have not paid, i have had to follow up with them continously...it has been such a stressful time for me and they have added to the stress. They did agreed to pay out and told me they would last week Thursday, only to find out yesterday that payment was not paid. There are no words to describe how incompetant they are!
