PETROSA IS BAD FOR BUSINESS!! FAIR WARNING TO EVERYONE LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Worse experience I have seen in my entire life. The staff do not know what they are doing and would like them to revisit their staffs Qualifications. We run businesses that work on a time period and services are not delivered. We ask for assistance and everytime assistance is needed for an order we are told that there are meetings. I would kindly request that companies looking forward to deal with PetroSA should look for other options because as much as it is hard to get assistance, it is hard to get the CEO as well because they always claim that he is on meetings. We were warned about this but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. We have been ordering for a week and a simple invoice has taken a whole week to produce hence I suggest that PetroSA should stop hiring friends and family or people they know and start hiring people who are experienced to do the right thing. Look at your accountants Qualifications. Look at your staffs Qualifications because their telephone etiquette is a 0 . They are dragging the name of the company down in the name of getting a monthly salary that only matters to them. Revisit your employees and rather pay them in commission for every deal closed in order to see real business coming to you. We were willing to pay over R10 Million for an order but our calls were either unanswered or we were told that the CEO is in a meeting.
