Outstanding Turn Around Time from Prudence Tobias

We requested information from Prudence relating to PetroSA processes and she undertook to provide them to us. To be honest we didnt expect a response until at least a week, because we have became accustomed to expect less from state owned entities when it come to providing information. We were not at the door of the building, before exiting, we received emails from her with the relevant information. We were marvelously surprised that she responded to our query so expeditiously.
