Poor Service

My Sisters car was jammed at Petroport Durban North Bound and they took everything that was in the car, laptops cellphones, bags etc. The Manager gave a her a very hard time by not wanting to release a footage, as we speak her insurance is unable to process the claim because they need proof that she was jammed. They are sending her from pillar to post. The manager even made a comment that it is the customer's responsibility to look after his/her own car. He further said they target big cars like my friend's. Maybe he is right, but how is that going to help us right now? We need a footage not a lecture!!!!!!!!!!!
