Not what it seems

My elderly grandmother brought her watch in to have the battery replaced with my late mother’s watch. The watch was swapped with a cheap one thinking my grandmother wouldn’t notice but with such a sentimental item it’s hard not to notice. They said they have done no wrong but they have gotten away with my mothers watch.
