I contacted Petit Fox last year as I had a large number of brand new children's clothes. They said they were interested and gave me a guide price for a couple of items. I then sent a big box of clothes to them and was appalled by the price they paid me for them. When I complained, they said that not all the clothes still had tags on so they could not charge so much for them. HOWEVER, when they then sold them on the website, they charged A LOT for each item (more than I bought them for). DO NOT SELL NEW CLOTHES to this company - they will rip you off.

Every customer has the option to get the clothes back if the payout does not suit them, yet you chose to accept our payment. Many customers regularly sell with us and find the payouts very reasonable compared to the time and effort they would need to sell items individually themselves.
