Bad customer service
I received a refrigerated unit from them and 2 out of the 3 did not work properly. I am also waiting for a refund for almost a month with little to no communication from them. Not even senior management get back to you.

Alberton New Market Accident
One of their trucks hit my car and they are not bothered with fixing it, I’ve done everything on my side but they are not willing to lift a finger yet it was their driver that was wrong! Don’t hire their truck if you don’t want a bad reputation for your company! I don’t go Eskort Alberton anymore because of this, it was such a bad traumatic experience. They don’t even bother replying to emails I always had to follow up which hasn’t helped me till this day!
