Great company; Bad courier
Great company to deal with. Any queries are rep**** to almost immediately. Their website is easy to manoeuvre. The reason for the 4 star rating is because their normal courier service (DPD) lets them down almost every time an order arrives. They are truly appalling. The latest order (name tags for dogs) arrived with The Courier Guy with absolutely no problem.

Fast food for pets🐕
Great service, fast delivery, and excellent communication throughout the process. The ordering experience was easy, and my dog's food arrived well packaged. I also love that you can schedule recurring deliveries, so you never have to worry about running out of dog food. Highly recommended for reliable online pet shopping!

Great service but problematic
I’ve always received excellent service from Pet Heaven, and the Edgars Club deal has been a great benefit. However, my most recent order took much longer than usual to arrive, and I was asked for my details again for courier purposes. This is the second time this has happened, and it caused an unnecessary delay. My rating reflects the generally great service, but this recurring issue is something Pet Heaven needs to address. Fixing it would definitely reduce frustration and improve the overall experience going forward.
