Disrespectful

Good day We went to petersfields pharmacy on the 15/12/2025 to purchase shoes around 13:45 helped by the cashier named Katlego,when we got home we fitted the shoe only to find that it's not comfortable to walk or even work with the shoe the amount of the shoes it's R850 On the 17/12/2025 past 12 we went back to the pharmacy to return the shoes as they have not been worn or used only to find a rude lady by the name of Thoko The lady told us she won't take back the shoes as they have been worn and they dirty of which the shoes were only fitted on and she said it means our home is dirty as the sole is dirty that really hurt to find someone saying that to a customer who spoke very politely Thoko even said that her boss by the name of Ben will not assist us even when we come back and speak to him about the issue she went on to even say I quote do you want Ben to come and speak to you in Afrikaans so you can understand better I'm truly ashamed of such treatment at a work place people being so rude and such horrible attitude they didn't assist us and we left the store Ben will only be available on Monday as he is the owner and Thoko the person in charge they have a return policy of 7 days My other contacts are 073 460 *** Your help will be greatly appreciated Kind regards Lerato
