I've seen a complaint about being billed for repairs once Peter buys your car. That happened to me too. I had to make another deal with him and add the money into the new deal to get him to pay. Now he's sold motors off my boat without permission, and told me to fetch the hull which is now worthless. Best of all, he still hasnt paid me for the motors despite a summons almost 2 years later. And always the same excuse: business is bad. Well business is about to get a whole lot worse. It's not about the money anymore Peter, it's the principal.
