No Response - very unprofessional

I used Peter's Transport to move - twice in 6 months, so I gave them repeat business AND I recommended them to several people. The problem is that in the second move, my glass divisions from my wall unit disappeared. I called Peter's to tell them that the divisions were missing. Peter was nice enough to offer to pay for new glass divisions. He e told me to get a quote and send it to him. I went to a glass place close to me, and the quote came to R200. I emailed it to him, and then followed up with a phone call. Suddenly, he wasn't too happy to pay R200, and said he needs to find the person responsible, so that they can pay for it. I then went to Builder's Warehouse (out of my way) and had to go twice, because they messed it up the first time, but got it done for R92. I then sent the invoice to Peter. No response, I followed up twice via email, again no response. Why offer to pay if you had no intention of doing so? Not professional at all. I would never use them again, and I will definitely not recommend them.
