NO SERVICE - PATHETIC!!!

<p>Do not make use of this company. They lure you into paying a deposit and promise to collect on the day you request. Once deposit is paid they inform you that they cannot assist or collect the goods on the date as agreed upon, They were supposed to collect furniture on Thursday, 19 Jan. After phoning and emailing the company - with no success - a woman phoned with an attitude like a teenager to inform us that they are behind schedule and can only collect on Saturday, 21 Jan,</p> <p> </p> <p>I took a full days leave to make myself available for this no-show company to collect. Only after 13:00 I was informed that they cannot collect. Due to work arrangements in Cape Town I had to leave P.E late Thursday afternoon, WITHOUT MY GOODS BEING COLLECTED. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had to arrange with my current landlord in P.E to pay another days rent pro-rata for the additional couple of days needed, whilst waiting for Peters to collect. I had to ask my sister to take a full days UNPAID leave in order to be at home when they collect on Sunday. A woman "Melony/Melody" phoned earlier on 20 Jan and requested the contact persons details that will be at home. I emailed the number and asked if all is still on track and ofcourse that they should immediately contact me should they encounter any issues, </p> <p> </p> <p>They did not have the decency to contact me directly, BUT INSTEAD phoned my sister to inform her that they have a "difficult" customer, so they doubt they will be able to assist on the already postponed date on Saturday, 21 Jan,</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now 23:00pm and I had not even had an SMS from them to confirm that all is still on track. Pathetic service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am in Cape Town, with absolutely no furniture or household items. I have to pay penalties to the body corporate in my new rental apartment as I will have to move my furniture in during the course of the week, which is not normally allowed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have encountered so many extra expenses due to this company's lack of customer service, communication and no-show. And I am still not certain if this company is even legit or if they will just dissapear with my money, Heaven knows what conditions my goods will be in when (or if) ever delivered,... I urge you to not make use of this shadow of a business!!!</p>
