Bad attitude and unetical behaviour

<p>I booked a 4 ton truck well in advance and the booking was confirmed. My agreement was to fill the 4 ton truck. on the day they sent a bigger truck and insisted on charging me more claiming that the small truck was not available. as this was not a fault on my part I refused to pay the additional charges. Peter threathen to cancel my booking on the day of my move and keep a cancellation fee. They promised to cover my furniture (which i paid for) with plastics but only came with 2 plastics. Wouldnt use or recommend anyone to use them. Pathetic service</p>
