Extremely unhappy

I am extremely disappointed and at the same time highly disgusted with the service received from Peter's Removals and Storage.

After two years of having a storage unit with Peter's, I finally cancelled the unit only to find a ridiculous amount of my belonging was not returned when delivery took place on Friday 25 October 2019.

The furniture/boxes that was returned was either very dirty with bird **** and lots of sand, dirt and leaves as if it was out in the open. A wardrobe was severely damaged at the back and there were no longer door handles on the doors.

Several of my boxes were upside down, irrespective of the black markings "Handle with Care" One box was returned almost empty. It had three tv blankets in it but the 4-5 comforters were not there. All my shoes/boots and sandals is missing (between 12-15 pairs). I only unpacked two pairs of shoes. I had knitted winter scarfs about 8 scarfs and then I had four sets of matching winter scarfs, hats and gloves - all missing. 3 Genuine Leather jackets -missing. My hairdryer is missing but I found the nozzle for it. One box was opened and perfumes taken but the lids were left behind and this box was not even taped up again, but rather just folded. A men's stirling silver watch is missing. There is a few kitchen Tupperware missing. A kitchen cupboard - floor standing is missing. My suitcase even though having cable ties on did not matter because the zippers were broken to get inside the suitcase.

I am completely appalled at the fact that your website is nothing but false advertising as you have no regard for any of your clients nor their belongings if you can disrespectfully go through their belongings and pick and choose what you or the staff of Peters Removals & Storage are going to take for your personal gain.

We are entrusting you with our goods, as per your comment on your website, but you do not take care of our property but rather ***** from us.

Where is this "EXPERT SUPERVISION" when our privacy has been viciously invaded and our personal belongings just removed for someone else's personal gain???

I will never make use of Peter's services again nor will I ever recommend this company to anybody as there is total disrespect and no trust whatsoever from Peter's Transport and Storage.
