Our whole family was very impressed by the outstanding service we received from Peter's Mini Removals during a recent back-to-back one day inter-province move between the Northern to Western Cape. The collection and delivery moved like clockwork and, needless to say, every single one of our items arrived in perfect condition. The moving team of three showed an outstanding work ethic and it was clear from the very start that, to them, this move was not ' just another job’ as each and every one showed pride in their work while handling our valued possessions with extreme care and efficiency. Each item was swiftly, yet meticulously wrapped and properly protected at the collection point. Without requesting it, they even took the initiative to send us (waiting at the delivery side) images of the complete inventory once all items were wrapped - a much appreciated and thoughtful gesture illustrating how they went the extra mile to make what could have been a very stressful day for us, the opposite. When delivering the furniture in Cape Town late Sat. evening after covering more than 1000km to make this one day move possible, they were still immensely friendly, courteous and polite, and still worked like troopers while being extremely careful with the handling of our valued possessions. Absolutely outstanding service. They completed the move without leaving even the slightest mark at either the collection or delivery side - this included successfully maneuvering a large 10-seater leather lounge suite. I particularly would like to mention Mr. Munashe – one of the three movers. Not only did he take the initiative to take the inventory pictures at the collection point, but he also kept updating us (both at the collecting and delivery side) on their progress as they were getting closer to Williston, to enable the family at the collection side to get an estimate of their arrival time - how thoughtful. He even informed us, waiting at the delivery side in Cape Town, when they arrived in Williston. This team of three did everything they could to make the move a stress free happy one for us. I cannot recommend Peter's Mini Removals highly enough and would recommend them to anyone moving. We would definitely want to work with them again.
