MISSING & DAMAGED GOODS - ME & MY CLAIM IGNORED

See complaint below, which was posted in April, after which I was contacted assuring me that the missing lamp was still in Cape Town and the damaged items would be repaired. Since then I have not been contacted at all. In my opinion, this company is DISHONEST and basically *****S and DAMAGES CLIENTS GOODS.
