Late twice, no communication and damaged furniture! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

<p> </p> <p>The staff arrived about 40 minutes late on the date of picking up our furniture to put into storage. They started packing our furniture in the collection van until i asked them where the storage facility was. They looked at me confused as they had received no instruction to drop it off and store it at the storage facility. After a phone call, it was confirmed that I had booked for our furniutre to be stored! <<strong>Late and</strong> <strong>Poor lines of communication</strong>> </p> <p> </p> <p>On the date of delivery, Peters Mini Removals came at 7.30pm when we had arranged for them to come at 5pm. An admin clerk called to say they were running 30 minutes late. In the end, they were 2 and a half hours late!!! We didn't get another phone call after the admin clerk's phone call to warn us that they were running so late. <<strong>Extremely late and poor lines of communication</strong>></p> <p> </p> <p>Our set of drawers had chips in them and the top of the drawer was scratched! Our TV room table had a massive chip in drawer! There was clearly a lack of due care taken in moving these items. <<strong>Damaged furniture</strong>></p> <p> </p> <p>We told management that we would like Peter's Mini Removal to replace our TV room table or at least the drawer, but they took no responsibility. <<strong>No responsibility by management</strong>></p> <p> </p> <p>Moving is a stressful process, but it should not be made more stressful and expensive by your moving company. I will not use Peter's Mini Removal again, and i will not recommend it to my friends and family. </p>
