Goods delivered were damaged and items missing

Be aware of using Peter's Mini Removals! I contracted this company to move a few items from Cape Town to Johannesburg at a premium price considering it cost R2,300 for approximately 2m2 of goods. I had to pay a 50% deposit and was then told to pay the 50% balance prior to the goods being loaded off the truck at the destination. A standard lamp is missing, a carpet arrived bundled up instead of rolled and is damaged and gilt framed artworks had stickers stuck to the gold leaf which has subsequently pulled the gold leaf off the frame upon removal of the stickers, besides the frames being chipped. Clearly there is no respect for this removal establisment's clients material goods and furthermore after sending Kim emails firstly requesting a tax invoice after paying the balance and secondly to complain about the damages and enquire as to the missing item, she has not had the decency or professionalsm to respond to my emails. It's another classic case of demanding full payment upfront, not delivering and then ignoring the matter afterward like an ostrich burying its head into the sand. In my opinion this is sheer dishonesty.
