Goods damaged by water - slow in paying damages

I have waited until I got my refund from Peter Mini Removals before complaining. They moved two wardrobes in February 2016, from Hout Bay to Johannesburg. When the goods arrived, they were sopping wet, and effectively fell apart when they were delivered. The truck was not water proof, and the rain had poured in over the wardrobes. We were unable to get the wardrobes repaired. Their service has been poor, and I recommend that people avoid them at all costs.
