Efficient movers, but very bad customer service

<p>One of the worst moves I've ever had. The movers showed up without the tools necessary to disassemble the couch and pool table, and instead of making a plan to obtain said tools they extended the move to a second day, which we had to pay extra for. When we complained about this, we were told that we had to specify that a toolkit was needed (as if having a table in our inventory wasn't a good enough clue). </p> <p> </p> <p>Despite this, I would most likely have used these movers again, since now I know that the requirement tool has to be specified, and they were in general fast and efficient. However, upon unpacking and taking a closer look, I see that much of the furniture has been damaged and fragile items were simply thrown into boxes without any wrapping or protection. Did we have to specify that as well?</p>
