Disgusting service

Absolutely shocking service. Late delivery. Rude call center. We arranged a move from Pretoria to Cape Town and it was more than three days late. We were never informed why our goods were late. Our invoice was also late. When we were finally told our goods would arrive on the Friday, we waited a full day for the goods (even took time off work to facilitate the delivery ) when they arrived they requested payment in full before offloading (in cash??? Despite having already paid a deposit). We immediately paid the outstanding balance by eft, showed them (and informed the call center) and THE TRUCK DROVE AWAY! We called the call center and the receptionist made up an elaborate story about how she cannot allow an offload until the money clears in their account??? This was NEVER communicated to us! Despite showing them proof of payment. They made absolutely no effort to assure us of the safety of our goods or the whereabouts after driving away. We were treated despicably by the call center and despite countless requests to speak to the manager, we were told that this is not allowed. I am absolutely disgusted by this company and its service. 0/5
