Peters Construction non payment of subcontractors

I did some gas installation work as a subcontractor for this company. On one of the jobs I had to go back to site 3 times to repair damages caused by his team. On another job he still owes me in excess of R6000. 00 and its now more than a year later. He does not answer my phonecalls or emails but has the audacity to get his son to phone me for another installation. I will not do any work for this company in future and neither will some other subcontractors that I've spoken too.
