Overpriced for low level service

<p>Initially I asked for a quote on small jobs to be done. Never received the quote. I was not at home when they arrived and started on the small jobs. By small jobs I mean drain covers, blocked drain and leaking toilet. It took them 1 week to finish the jobs and I got a bill to the amount of R4890.00</p> <p>So overpriced for the quality of job they did. Plastic drain covers cannot cost a fortune! Unblocking a drain and fixing a leaking toilet cannot cost a fortune! It's totally unacceptable, this is clearly a situation where the service provider delivers low level work and expects a fortune in return!</p> <p>They advertise in the Record as "Peter the Plumber" saying they are affordable, giving free quotes and no call out fee. False advertising at its best!</p>
