bad quality and poor delivery

we placed an order for Db boards on the 22/02/2018 and paid a deposit.There delivery was 3 weeks .The boards were not delivered on time,the boards were incomplete,no neutral bars earth bar,no blanking ,they had wired the boards wrong that when we put power on the board it shorted out and blew the earth leakage,after numerous phone calls to Bongani who promised to resolve these issues,to date we are still missing components .They don,t answer there land line
