Arrogant Selfish Owner

The person who owns this store chased away a customer who was trying to point out that hedgehogs cannot be housed in a cage together. He claims to have 28 years of experience but has no idea how to even properly house or set up the cage correctly.

I would also like to add that if he were as experienced as he claims to be. He would have know that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are you allowed to place ANY TWO HEDGEHOGS together in a cage. ESPECIALLY not male and female RESCUE hedgehogs who can mate immediately. You CANNOT BREED RESCUES.

When he was approached regarding his attitude. He became arrogant and bul**** the ladies who were offering help. Then he proceeded to explain that he put the hedgehogs together to "chill"

He says he's an experienced pet shop owner. Please note that these hedgies are male and female. Females can be bred the minute they are placed with males. Then he says he wants to sell them. So he would have sold a pregnant female to an undeducated customer, whom he wouldn't have been able to advise, because he himself knows squat about taking care of hedgehogs. AND WHO CAN ETHICALLY ALLOW THE SALE OF RESCUES.

The way the experienced hedgehog owners were treated by this man is horrific. I really hope people think twice before supporting his store again
