My broker is Salochna Naidoo from Quadrant brokers. My Policy is with Santam. I had a motor claim at the beginning of December. The same day my claim was registered, the Assessor Phillip was appointed and contacted me. My vehicle was assessed at Peter Baxter and the very next day the claim was Authorised. My vehicle was booked in for repairs at Peter Baxter, and I was provided with transport back home. Peter Baxter's kept me updated on the progress of the repairs from start to finish. I was alerted the moment the repair was complete, and Peter Baxter's arranged for me to be picked up from home to collect my car. I am very impressed at the manner in which they handled the repair. They made a terrible experience bearable. They did all the calling; I just had to be a little patient. I would like to thank all involved for making my claim a pleasant one.
