Bad Service from Petco Trading Three Rivers

Absolute pathetic service. I purchased a water fountain for my kitties around 21 December, was told it was the last one on the shelve so no box and because it was loadshedding no receipt either. Sadly, when I got home, it was incomplete so I just kept it until I was able to return it. Went to return the item and I get told by the manager that they have a 7 day return policy. When asked how I was suppose to know, I get told it is printed on the slip - that slip I never received.
