Horrifyingly bad service by Petals Express.

Extremely bad service. They delivered our fridge in a damaged/dented condition. We took out insurance so they undertook to replace the fridge with a new one. For six weeks they promised delivery, every week they came up with a new excuse as to why the fridge wasn't delivered as promised. After six weeks they eventually delivered the fridge which they said was a newly bought fridge. Once again the fridge was dented and clearly second hand as the plastic was already removed. Dishonest. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Truly despicable service. Strongly urge prospective clients to use another courier service if they want prompt and reliable service delivery.
