Extremely Bad Service

I receive regular parcels via courier. I have now been waiting for some MONTHS for the replacement of goods that were on a Petals truck between Cape Town and George that was involved in an accident. Petals have done nothing to solve my problem, and I have been told that goods are not insured by them in transit! What kind of courier operation is this? Don't touch this company with a barge pole!
