Bad Attitude about breakages in transit

12 Boxes of wine were shipped from Robertson using Petals Express Courier Services. One box was not delivered due to breakages. On contacting Ewan at Petals I was told that there is no insurance on wine. A follow-up call elicited a response that he will replace the wine.<br> <br> A month later the response, with marked sarcasm, was that the supplier must still send him the wine. He could not confirm that the wine had in fact been ordered. <br> <br> I do believe that I must warn consumers and will also take up the issue with the supplier of the wine.
