Pathetic Service

Hi , So we ordered a fresh Flower Crown for my daughters bridal shower at least two weeks prior to the function. We confirmed the time and date a week prior to the function. We called the company a day before and arranged a time. Initially we were told that it would be ready at 11.00am I got there at 11.30 am and it was still not ready, needless to say that the assistant who was responsible for the crown was busy talking on her cellular. We then got the crown at 1.30pm just with 4 Flowers and a few leaves. How pathetic is that.
