Lost couches

Unprofessional staff. Our couches was booked for delivery on the 25th November today is the 17th December. Last week I called to find out that our couches was still on there Floor awaiting delivery that should take place soon.A week later I called again,the lady said it's still there still awaiting delivery.i called Rudi manager uncharged, he has no clue what I'm taking about.he called me back 2 hours later saying there is only 1 couch and the 4 other items including another couch is Lost? I told him this is a.problem that needs serious Attention. 2 hours later a lady calls me saying they will let me know when they found.our stuff.What kind of business are these people operating by loosing cargo? This is Bad.Would not recommend Petal express at All.be carefull
