Petal and post Cape town

Good day I ordered flowers for my friend on the 8 th of June 2021 from Petal and Post Cape town.They delivered the flowers to my friend and I asked her to send me a photo.I was shocked to see the posy they delivered to her.I paid R510 for the posy.It looked like a R100 posy.There was almost no flowers in the posy just a whole lot of greens.I was very disappointed and phoned the manager Jane.She said I must give her some time to resolve the matter.She emailed me back and apologized that the posy was not to my taste.I told her the posy they send to my friend and the posy that was on the internet was two very different bunches of flowers.They never sent my friend anything to apologize for the terrible flowers they sent her.I was very disappointed and will never order from them again.Angie Johannesburg.
