Do not pay their transit insurance!

Buyer beware! Pet Transport SA (https://www.pettransportsa.com/) are working with Wooden Cages (used to be Woodline Cages) in taking money from customers/clients and not delivering products. They asked for a "refundable" transit insurance to deliver my chicken coop and rabbit hutch from Wooden Cages and then wanted more. Cancellation of the order resulted in emails and phone calls to both businesses being ignored.
