Management Indifferent

In November 2015 I bought some Aquarium Products from PETSTOP in Rietfontien, Pretoria.<br> However a very good salesperson sold me something which I didn't need.I subsequently got a second and third opinion from other Big Reputable Pet-Stores.<br> They independently informed me that the particular products which I was sold was just a money-making gimmick and that I don't need them.I returned it to the branch, together with the relevant products, to have the matter rectified and to get a refund.<br> The management were indifferent and gave me the third degree, as they closed ranks, so to speak and pointed my attention to small writing on their wall, behind their cashier, stating that <br> \They Don't Give Refunds""; even thou you have no desire to do so.<br> I feel they make their own rules; which is contrary to the National Consumer Act. <br> I have never experienced such bad customer service before; not even from your less sophisticated competition.I need the store to refund my money into my bank account;otherwise I will have take further action """
