Bad customer service, robbing customers!!!!

We went to Pet Stop to upgrade our fish tank to a bigger one. Where previously bought all our fishes and accessories. First time around the worker that assisted us will start to help us and when another client comes in he leaves you without saying a word and attend to that person. We left it there. Second time the same thing happened we talked to his manager about it. When we upgraded the tank Rasta told us the whole unit with the stand will be 1200 for it is on a special. At the counter the guy Shawn showed us the prices for color of silicone we wanted on the tank and all and all it worked out 1380. The total amount that we spend that day was 2200. On Monday they came to drop off the tank it was only the tank that came not the rest of stuff that we bought. When we queried about it all of a sudden we only paid for the tank and not pump nor the stand. When I went to see the owner of Pet Stop his words to me was, that he is taking is staff's word over ours even if there is proof and witnesses to the incident that they are in the wrong.In 2 months we spend more then 4000 at their shop where owner said to me I am a **** about this and would not do business with me again.
