Very dissapointing outcome

Johan came to assess our yard in August 2022 in order to install a Safety Solution at a cost of almost R29000

He completed the job with his co-worker but unfortunately was shortly called back four times as there were egress points which he had to go back to correct.

Firstly the assessment of Johan was not intensive enough to realise and anticipate all the weak areas.

He returned to give a quote and assessment of the last conundrum. I was dissatisfied with the plans he had recommended.

Morné the CEO would have come out to give his professional recommendation.

We had an appointment on Sunday the 4th of December but he ran out of time and cancelled,

I communicated with him again on the 12th of December but he explained he was in the Eastern Cape.

He contacted me on 19 December 2022 but I realised they must be pushing to finish off for the year and told him to contact me when it is convenient.

But since then radio silence………………….

R29 000!!!!!!! No solution

I still have the same worries as before and the neighbourhood cats come and go like no tomorrow.

We are going into the 5th month of dealing with Pet Safety Solution. Have you got a solution???

I doubt it, you simply moved on to the next customer.
