Superstar Gerhard

I've been buying my cat's food at Pet Plus in the Gordons Bay mall for a few years now and consistently get great and friendly service. However, I wish to single out 1 particular employee of this store. His name is Gerhard and it's such a pleasure going in to Pet Plus when Gerhard is working. His product knowledge is incredible and with a business selling pet food, you certainly need somebody with good knowledge of the products on sale. A while ago, I decided to change the brand of my cat's food and Gerhard took me through all the brands available on shelf and told me a bit about each brand. He now recognizes me when I come in on my monthly visit to buy Elvira's food. I certainly hope Pet Plus management will do everything in their power to retain this very valuable employee.
