Awful customer service and delivery times.

Awful unprofessional service from Pet plus. I decided to order from this online pet store because I urgently needed a wound spray for my boy . My dog hurt his leg and my vet recommended me to get Debrizyme Aerosol Wound Dressing spray. I placed my order on the 16th of January and assumed I'll be getting my order in 2-3 days . A week has passed since and still nothing. Their excuse was that something was out of stock. Why have products on your page that's not in stock? It never stated that it was 'sold out' and even after receiving feedback from them that said product was 'out of stock' , they didn't bother to label that product as out of stock on their website. I will never recommend them to anyone or buy from them again. I've never waited this long to receive goods from an online pet store or had so little communication and help. Truly terrible service
