Highly recommend Duncan from Pet Passport

I have been arranging to fly my animals from SA to the UK, but to a non-standard destination. I first made contact with Duncan two years back, but there have been delays on my side. Throughout this entire time he has stayed professional, calm and friendly. He's showed initiative in assisting through some difficult challenges. I also found Pet Passport's prices to be fair. I would highly recommend this company in general, and Duncan in particular.
