Unprofessional service

This business trades as pub in a tub, a mobile grooming service. They have an online booking system that allows you to enter all your details, and choose the date, time and area. If you select any time their system returns possible timeslots to choose from. Great so far. Well seems like one of those businesses that does not know how to use a system. About an hour later I got a message telling me that they could not help me since they were not in my area on that day. YOUR SYSTEM TOLD ME YOU ARE. The ****y person proceeds to tell me that they know better than the system when I inform them that their system does not work. Very rude and unprofessional and yes I become rude when you are ****y with me when I try to do business with you.
