Pickpocketed of my Wallet by Staff at Pet Masters Boksburg

<p>Go to Pet Masters Boksburg and get your wallet ****** out of your pocket by the staff!! Management very reluctant to help, only after mentioning police involvement did the manager get all the staff together to look for my wallet which was quite obviously not there, the two offenders, one of which convienently disappeared, the other questioned me like a ********. The security told me that it had happened a few times before. I pleaded with all the staff to get my wallet back as I am a foreigner and needed my driving license and bank cards. The security told me to leave the store as nothing would turn up if I was there. Sure enough, 30 minutes after leaving, I got a phone call from Pet Masters to tell me my wallet had been found, in a part of the store I had not even been in, totally stripped of R1180.00 including every single last cent and coin and two receipts for Home Affairs that I needed. At least I got my wallet back with the cards, but ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING behaviour by management and staff alike, they all knew there was a problem and did nothing about it. I was in the store for less than 5minutes when it happened. It was even inferred to me that the two men that ****** me were known by the store as culprits but they could not prove. Conveniently non of the cameras in the area where I was pick pocketed worked. Have informed the police and relevant authorities who will be investigating. Police believe that it is an inside job that more staff members were involved. Management is very complacent, does very little to help and does very little to reprimand or compensate. Absolute insult! No recompense offered for the loss of my money and stress caused, no nothing. Disgusting people and business. Shamefull behaviour. I have to add a star to this rating to post, but they deserve total and utter closure in my eyes, terrible business, practices and staff.</p>
