Excellent Service

On Sunday 12/09/2021 my partner and i walked into Pet Masters in Wilgeheuwel / Little falls, We went in to look around and get one or two things for our fur babies. We proceeded to check out and made casual conversation while payment was being processed. With our conversation being about pets obviously, we had spoken about strays that we had taken on. The purpose of our visit that day being to deworm the strays and get food. Once payment was processed the lady at the counter asked us to wait one minute and proceeded to the back... We where blessed that day with food for our cats. We where blessed with a little more than we deserved and it was all thanks to the caring staff at Pet Masters Wilgeheuwel. I wish i knew names of these people to point them out individually but but unfortunately was too stunned at the incredible service from there. I left there in tears.

They are truly an amazing team and every time i have been there they have been nothing but professional and kind.

I would recommend them to anyone any day!! Thank you so much for being so good to your clients and their fur babies
