Bad attitude and customers service.

Pet Mastets Retail Crossing, Little Fall is not a place a customer would return to. The staff and owner have a bad attitude and most certainly do not care about customers. Firstly they have no stock secondly they have no interest in helping out customers. I took my little 7 week old Yorkie puppy with me to get a little jersey and make sure that it is the correct size. Firstly the lady behind the counter was very rude when I wanted to make sure that the jersey was the correct size. So I had no choice but to buy one in the hopes that it would fit. Well it was way too big. I went back to swap it and they just point blank refused to help me using Covid as an excuse! Seriously if a human being can fit on and exchange cloths currently, what does Covid got to do with a little dog jersey!!!! In my opinion all they want is to make a sale no matter what. Well I have now discovered that so many people around me have had the same or even worse experiences with them. I will be totally suprise if they are still around and operating in 6 months from now. They would have no customers left by then, with the attitude they have.
