Animal abuse

We went tl Boksburg Petmasters and saw one of the workers hit a Puppies cage while he was sleeping to get his attention. The dog was scared and kept hiding. If you are abusing animals. Why work at a pet friendly place. I honeslty think its disgusting to go out of your way to scare a small living thing. I will never go to pet masters again. It is disgusting seeing someone do that to an animal
